Alexander Viktorovich Krutikov
Born on November 17, 1987, in the town of Odintsovo, Moscow region.
In 2009, he graduated with honors from Odintsovo University with a degree in Public Administration.
In 2009 he was appointed vice-rector for innovative and research development of Odintsovo University.
In 2010, he was elected a deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Odintsovo Municipal District. In 2012 he became chairperson of the Public Chamber of the Odintsovo Municipal District.
On June 12, 2013 he acted as one of the founders of the All-Russian Popular Front.
In 2013 he was appointed first deputy head of the Administration of Odintsovo municipal district.
In September 2014, became the winner of selection to the management team of the Far East, conducted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, and was appointed to the position of deputy director of the Department of Territorial and Socio-Economic development of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East.
In December 2015 he became director of Investment Projects Implementation Department of the Ministry for Development of Russian Far East.
By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2016, No. 2127-r, he was appointed Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East.
