Pavel Mikhailovich Volkov
Born on January 8, 1972, in Moscow.
In 1994 he graduated from the Russian State Academy of Physical Culture (GTSOLIFK), with a major as a coach and a teacher of physical culture.
In 1998, graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in law.
In 1998 – 2000 worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist of Legal Department of the Ministry of Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2000 – 2007 held the positions of chief specialist, consultant, deputy chief, department head, deputy director of the Department of Legal Support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In 2007-2008 - Director of the Department of Government Regulation of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In 2008 -2013 - Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
2013 -2016 – Advisor to the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East.
By Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2016, No. 2556-r, he was appointed State Secretary-Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East.
Awarded the second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland and certificate of gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation.
