The FPV resident in Kamchatka is Completing the Construction of the Hotel Complex

The company "Noviy Dom", the resident of the free port, completes the first phase of construction of the region's largest hotel complex in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

At this stage, two main buildings are practically ready. One of them will be a hotel with 180 rooms, the second one – the sports and business center.

In fact, only a part of the hotel tower is to be finished, the rest is done. Therefore in the upcoming spring we are planning to embark on the second phase – the works on installation of the faсade and the roof. Then, in the summer, we'll begin installing the internal systems, and in the fall, we'll proceed to finishing works.

Dmitry Kotov, the manager of the hotel construction project.

The total area of the future complex is 28 thousand square meters. In addition to the two main towers, there will be a concert hall here with 500 seats, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a SPA area, a bath in the Korean style, and also offices and leisure facilities including a restaurant and the Sky bar. The proponent expects to complete all the main work on the project by the end of 2019.

We are also planning to create a visit-center and a recreation site on the shore of Kultuchnoe Lake.

"Today, the FPV residents are granted financial privileges, administrative and customs preferences. In particular, the initiators of the projects are exempt from property and land taxes under the special regime.

The income tax is 5 percent for the first 5 years and 10 percent for the next 5 years. That is, the general tax base which falls under the benefit, is 10 years of the project realization. This is despite the fact that a 20-percent tax on profits is valid for non-residents today. In addition, the interest rate on insurance contributions has been reduced from 30 down to 7.6 percent", said Julia Kharitonova, the Head of the Agency of Priority Projects for Development of Kamchatka Krai.
Note that the residents of the free port are provided with land without bidding and the free customs zone regime is accessible for them.

Currently, 41 companies in Kamchatka Krai are the FPV residents. They are planning to implement projects worth about 4.5 billion rubles. Another 15 projects with investments totaling 1.2 billion roubles are under consideration.
The total number of planned vacancies to be created is 1000-1200.
